Product Condition and Availability
Walk N Wear sells thrifted and pre-owned footwear. Most products are unique or available in a single quantity. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been reviewed and confirmed.
• All pre-owned products are sold according to the condition shown and described in the product listing.
• Customers must review all product images, condition details, measurements and size information before placing an order.
• Normal signs of previous use may be present where shown or described in the product listing.
• An identical replacement may not be available because many products are single-quantity items.
Product Information and Colours
We make reasonable efforts to present product information, photographs, colours, sizes and condition accurately. However, product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions and differences between devices.
Product photographs form an important part of the description. Customers are responsible for reviewing all available photographs and written details before purchasing.
Prices and Discounts
• Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
• Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
• A discount or promotional offer is valid only during its stated period and subject to any applicable conditions.
• If an obvious pricing or product-information error occurs, we may contact the customer to confirm or cancel the affected order.
Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee final acceptance. Walk N Wear may review the order, product availability and customer information before confirming or dispatching it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where:
• The product is unavailable or has already been sold.
• The customer information is incomplete or appears incorrect.
• There is a pricing, stock or product-listing error.
• The order appears fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized.
• Delivery is unavailable for the provided address.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, any approved refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or an agreed alternative.
Payment
Customers must use one of the payment methods displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.
If an online payment method is offered, the payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Walk N Wear does not directly store complete debit or credit card details.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
• Providing an accurate name, phone number and delivery address.
• Reviewing the selected product, size, condition, price and order details before checkout.
• Remaining available on the provided phone number for order verification and delivery communication.
• Inspecting the delivered parcel and reporting an eligible issue within the stated return-request period.
Walk N Wear is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered through third-party courier services. Delivery times shown or communicated are estimates and may be affected by the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to the conditions and process stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact Walk N Wear within the stated return-request period and receive approval before sending a product back. A return sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its security, operation or availability. You must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
We may restrict access, refuse service or cancel orders where the website or ordering system is being misused.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Walk N Wear will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website use, delivery delays outside our reasonable control, third-party service failures or customer misuse of a product.
