Return Policy

Due to the nature of thrifted and pre-owned footwear, customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and photos before purchasing.

Returns Accepted If:

  • Wrong item was received
  • Item received is significantly different from the product description
  • Item arrives damaged due to shipping

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues after purchase
  • Minor signs of wear clearly shown in product photos
  • Personal preference

Return Request Period

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method used.
