Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Our products may include pre-loved or gently used footwear. Each item is carefully checked, and its actual condition, marks, or signs of wear are clearly shown in the product pictures and description.

You may request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving your order only if you receive the wrong product, the item arrives damaged due to shipping, or it is significantly different from the pictures or description. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, size or fit issues, or minor signs of wear already shown or described in the listing. The product must not have been worn or used after delivery and must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

For an approved eligible return, Walk N Wear will bear the approved return courier cost, provided the customer follows our return instructions. If a suitable replacement is available, the customer may choose a replacement; however, an identical replacement cannot be guaranteed because most thrifted products are unique or single-quantity items. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, or the customer prefers a refund, the refund will be processed after inspection in accordance with our Refund Policy.
